UVA rays are present all year long. They don't go away in winter, they penetrate through clouds, and they come right through windows. That means you're getting UV exposure while driving, sitting near a window at work, running errands, or even just taking your kids to school.

Even if you're inside most of the day, up to 80% of UV rays still penetrate through clouds and windows. You might not get burned, but you're still getting that aging exposure.

Here's the truth: the sun damage you're getting today won't show up until years later.

  • SPF 30 or higher (unless your doctor has specific recommendations for vitamin D deficiency)

  • Broad spectrum coverage (protects against both UVA and UVB rays)

  • Layers well under makeup and fits into your lifestyle

You don't need a 27-step routine. You need an SPF you can actually wear every single day.

If You're Investing in Skincare, SPF Is Non-Negotiable

If you're getting facials, peels, or investing in quality skincare products, skipping SPF is throwing your money down the drain. You're basically starting over every time you skip it.
